The plan is to take the train on Sunday morning from St Albans to Bedford then cycle back to St Albans. The return ride will be around 40 miles. Depending in the number of people going we may have to split into 2 groups travelling on 2 trains. The earlier group will have time to enjoy a coffee at Bedford station. There are 2 trains an hour one at 9:15 and another at 9:45. Once he knows numbers then he can work out what train/trains to catch.
