Meet outside the Town Hall at 8pm for a cultural walk around central St Albans visiting the Blue Plaques commemorating the amazing men and women who have significantly contributed to St Albans. Celebrities include: Sarah Churchill (1160 – 1744) who commissioned Marlborough Almshouses; Nathaniel Cotton (1706 – 1788) an early mental health practitioner, Arthur Melbourne-Cooper (1874-1961) a photographer and film-maker and Stephen William Hawking.
The walk is likely to take about an hour.
