We will start from the car park in West Wycombe, on Chorley Road near the Hellfire Caves. HP14 3AP. Pete started a mountain biking day from the same place a couple of years ago. Free, and plenty of space. We will set off at 10.00.
Route will take us to Parmoor, Gussetts Wood, Cookley Green, Chrismas Common, Stokenchurch, Wardrobes, Lacey Green, Saunderton, and back to West Wycombe. The distance for the day will be 52km.
We will stop for lunch/refreshments at the Fox and Hounds in Christmas Common (24km) or in Radnage – the Crown or the Three Horse Shoes (34k).
As always with the Chilterns, there will be hills!
