Join Rosemary for an outdoor swim in the natural bathing ponds on Hampstead Heath. We will meet at 11 am at Hampstead Heath Overground Station then walk across the Heath to Kenwood ladies’ pond/Highgate mens’ Pond. These are natural ponds in a series of five. Both ponds are deep, so you need to be able to swim. There is a £2 charge.
After the swim we will may meet up for a picnic lunch – or retire to the Kenwood House Tearooms if we need warming up. Rosemary will advise on which we are going for much nearer the time (depending on the forecast). We will then walk back to Hampstead Heath Overground via a different part of the Heath and finish in one of the many cafés around 4pm.
