The baking competitions is a chance to try out a recipe with perhaps some new ingredients
The item/items need to be enough for everyone to have a taste. Once everyone has had a taste we will vote on which was the best. If there is a tie I will make the final choice.
To make it a bit, more interesting there is a bit of a limit on the ingredients you can use
The ingredients you can use are:
A flour of your choice
Oil/butter or other fat
A fruit or vegetable of your choice
A sweetener of your choice
A spice or herb of your choice
plus can pick 2 other ingredients e.g. eggs, another spice or herb
In addition if you require you can use water, milk, salt or a raising agent
