A seaside walk of about 10 miles from Pitsea finishing at Southend pier. Just for a change, come and walk by the “big end” of the Thames!
Meet at Pitsea railway station at 10:30am. The station has a large car park and the parking charge is £2.50 for the day. The walk is one-way so we will return to Pitsea by train. There is a cafe at Hadleigh Castle for lunch where there is also plenty of space for a picnic if you want to bring your own packed lunch.
